At Strength Gear Direct, we want you to feel confident you're getting the best value. If you find a lower price on an identical, in-stock item advertised by an authorized retailer, we'll match it.
To qualify, the competing price must be:
- For the exact same product (same brand, model, and configuration)
- Currently in stock and available for purchase
- Advertised by an authorized retailer of the brand (not a marketplace reseller, auction site, or unauthorized dealer)
- A standard, publicly available price (not a clearance, closeout, discontinued, employee, or one-time promotional price)
How to request a price match: Contact us at support@strengthgeardirect.com with a link or screenshot of the competing price before completing your purchase. Our team will verify the retailer and pricing before applying the match.
Price match requests must be submitted prior to purchase, or within 5 days of your order if the lower price was found afterward. Strength Gear Direct reserves the right to decline a request if the competing price violates the manufacturer's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy or if the retailer cannot be verified as authorized.
This guarantee does not apply to pricing errors, bundled offers, financing promotions, or quote-only products.
